There is a one-time non-refundable $50 application fee due with the completed application form.

New students: Upon acceptance for enrollment a deposit equal to ½ the monthly tuition is required.  The deposit will be held and applied to the final month’s tuition.  In the event your child does not start by the agreed upon date, your position will be forfeited and your deposit to hold the position becomes non-refundable.

Tuition rates are covered in the separate Tuition Schedule.

The school year runs from September through June. The tuition for the school year has been divided into 10 equal monthly installments. During months with extended vacations the tuition remains the same.

For students continuing through July and August the monthly tuition remains the same.

Anyone wishing to prepay the yearly tuition will receive a 5% discount on tuition.

We request 30 days notice upon withdrawal of a student so we may have the opportunity to fill the opening.

If at any time it becomes necessary to change our rates parents will receive a one-month advance notice of all rate changes.

Payment is due on or before the 1 st of each current month. If tuition is not paid on time, a $25 late fee will be added. If unsuccessful in obtaining payment we'll contact a collection agency. Individual payment plans can be prearranged, if necessary, with an additional $7 charge per payment.

Overtime is considered any time outside of the agreed upon time interval. There is a five-minute grace period for drop off before overtime starts. Pick up must be made promptly due to our staffing requirements. Late pick-ups must be pre-arranged. Late arrival DOES NOT justify late departure.

The following fees will be assessed for overtime incurred:

All ages - $7 per hour per child

$1 per minute for pickups after 6PM

Fees will be collected on the next due date.
